2018 400R trim limit problem?

Hi guys i have a 400R on my Tri Toon and on my Simrad when showing Mercury trim % it stops at 30%. Been to the dealer two times to set the limits and they say they are all max?? But when boat was new the first summer i could trim up way more and get my toon in the sweet spot! Now it will not and costing me about 5 mph! Any ideas?? Called Mercury a few times zero help.

I’d dig around in the Simrad and see if you set your own limits within that unit. I believe there’s provisions for that.

Have there been any engine cal revisions or flashes? There could be things in there limiting it too.

Yes i have, nothing in there but I can change my trim % to make trimmed all the way down zero out to zero %.

No flashes nothing the engine is like new to.
