***2019 RDP Weight Loss Challenge***

Hello and welcome to the 2019 River Daves Place Weight Loss Challenge!! Hope you all are looking forward to another great challenge this year!!

Rules are as follows and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES FOR ANYONE (even if you own the site) :

- $100 Buy In

- Start date is 1/08/2019

- On the start date (1/08/2019) you will post a full body picture and a pic of the scale with your weight and the secret word. This must be done before midnight on 1/08/2019 or you will not be eligible to participate in the first round of the challenge.

- Secret words will be posted in the thread, the night before each round of weigh in's. I have set calendar reminders for each one. Word will be posted by 8pm the night before.

- Weigh in's must occur before midnight on the day scheduled or you will not get credit.

- We judge based on percentage of weight lost from your initial weigh in.


I suggest that EVERYONE who is participating set reminders so you do not forget to weigh in!

Initial Weigh In - 1/08/19

First Round - 2/5/19

Second Round - 3/5/19

FINAL ROUND - 4/9/19


Just like years past we will be paying out a portion of the pot for each round. That amount will be determined once all entries are in. Feel free to read the thread from last year to view the spreadsheet so you can see how everything is tracked and how we pay out for each round.

We have always run this on the honor system. If someone is going to be a cheater then karma will get them at some point.

That's part of the reason for the pictures, I would assume.

You could also do like "Biggest Loser" and drink a couple gallons of water right before stepping on the scale...

In the end you might win a few bucks...but cheat yourself out of something much more valuable
