I think it's on the upswing & watching closely about putting my money back in. If it is on the upswing then I missed the bottom but still doing better than if I didn't bail out in February.

The stress of trying to figure out which way it'll go is killing me. Trump is a genius at spoon feeding the government rescues it has up it's sleeves.

I thought about putting in some last night. Then I thought about the unemployment numbers coming out and decided to wait. Glad I did. Futures are down and looks like it will erase yesterdays gains.

Well, I'm glad this virus deal is over with and everyone is back to work and all the flights are full again. At least that's how the stock market is reacting lol.

I shorted DAL and bought TZA for now. Let's see how this ends up today.

Still rolling with JNUG and GUSH. Thinking of selling some QQQ and buying more SPXL.

Back In 90% cash, 10% short.
DOW tapped into 18K for a brief moment last week, I view that as a test marker, so making no moves until I see
the 18K re-tested again. What I want to see is if it drops below 18K. No Hurry.
After the House vote today there is no catalyst for a higher market from that point on.
If you kicked some ass trading the last few weeks...good for you!
We'll see how things go after today, Friday 3/27/2020

At the moment this seems like a solid take. I have never shorted a stock in my life. I have jumped out of a specific stock of course but never actually shorted.

My shorts and TZA worked lol. Covered the shorts yesterday but held onto TZA. Sold JNUG at $7 yesterday early and bought JDST. See how today pans out.

JMO, unless you're in deep with a big time hedge fund, which I'm not, you won't miss much as a retail short managing your own accounts.
You could capitalize far better at a faster rate staying in cash by rolling with the trend.
And currently the opportunity looks very promising.
Just can't turn away for one day with the daily dialogue and it may get boring by not being engaged but you have the goods in hand ready
to rock when the time looks right. again..jmo.

I accidently made a good deal with my Boeing Stock.
As it was going down, I moved half of it to other funds, funds that were not dropping as fast.
A few days ago I moved it back to Boeing and ended up with over 400 shares more than I had originally.
Now, if it could just go back up to where it was....

Have been a buyer for the last three weeks. Sold 50% of those this afternoon. I'm thinking there will be more opportunities to buy in the near future.

Bought late Monday and rode through Tuesday with nice gains. Sold off as we've seen such a teeter totter I was thinking it wouldn't hold.

Didn't want to be in come the unemployment numbers as well as an impasse with the spending bill. Bought late today to see what comes out throughout the weekend. Probably not the best idea but we'll see what happens.

Huge hit. I dont see any more news in the future to turn this around accept a vaccine announcement or quarrantine lift.

I also fear spill over into Real Estate foreclosures by the 3rd quarter.

Positions are up this week looking good. Faith is restoring perhaps. If you watched the WH press conference last night trump said that he’s ready and willing to issue more money to people and businesses if need be to keep the economy afloat and he’s wanting to spend 2trillion on infrastructure After all this is over. just sent another 10k to TD and I’m ready to put more chips on the table. It’s scary but I can’t just let it sit in the savings and not put it to work. What are you guys buying this week what’s the crystal ball telling you. I added somemore vanguard mutual funds to my portfolio but I want to get some exposure to other markets as well.

CCL is down 50%+

I don’t think it’s a bad long term play.

With the first insider buy at the company since mid-February, Carnival (NYSE:CCL) board member Randall Weisenburger yesterday picked up$10M worth of stock, buying 1.25M shares at $8 each.

I'm staying in from here on out although I think if any shut down's get pushed passed May we could see another significant dip. I'm up for the year though and my laggards I like for the long term.

The market seems to love socialism........ that, or this is the last hoorah for the big hedge funds to try and scrape back some losses before the bottom falls out.

I'm thinking the unemployment numbers will go up another 6 million plus. Market has gone up the last two weeks after unemployment numbers have been released but I don't think that will be the case tomorrow. I think market will go down tomorrow.

I agree. I think some of that has been baked in already, but obviously a unknown on how it is going to turn out.

When this is over there will be some amount of snap back up and some amount of employment jump and then I think we are where we are to start inching back out of recession.

The way the market has been reacting this week, it seems like all the airplanes are full and running at capacity, the cruise lines are back to sailing the seas, and the casinos are in full swing. Meanwhile, no one is working and unemployment is increasing daily. Some businesses will never recover from this disaster. I'm not buying this rally. I'm betting on another downturn soon.
