I have raised a single steer before, with a buddy, and split it half and half. I used to raise a hog every year also.

It was a long time ago though. Can you give me an example of what you get, cut wise, with a 1/4 steer?

This is a cut sheet from a smaller steer, average is 135lbs of package weight. But, it gives an idea of cuts you can expect. The number to the right is total weight of cuts, not number of packages. Hit me anytime with questions! 928-486-4043 for a super fast response. Joel

OK, quick review of Joel and Amy's Beef order. First off, I sort of wish we never got it, REMEMBER I SAID SORTOF, we are now spoiled, I DON'T think we could ever eat store bought beef again...the coloring, smell, obvious quality is just amazing, the taste is even better than it looked. We had burgers on Thursday, so good we thawed out another package to have burgers again with friends today. SO TASTY, really mouth watering beef. If you ever get the chance try it trust me you will LOVE IT. SO GLAD I GOT 1/2 a cow....THANKS JOEL AND AMY for doing such a great job providing such high quality beef.

Joel/Amy @wash11 can you PM me your cell again. I need to put in another order. Since were going to be in PHX starting the 1st I want to get an order in for either a 1/4 or 1/2...I have a freezer supposed to get delivered mid month. We've about ran through the ground beef at Havasu....if anyone is on the fence....DONT be. its hands down the best ground beef you'll ever have.

Wholly Cow Joel, we thaw out some flank steak in the butcher wrap to bbq today, wife opens it up and calls me over, wow the steak rolls out and is already tenderized and looks amazing, just shocked us that your butcher did that for your clients ahead of time...way to go...gotta love it.

I've got three 1/4's available for Saturday July 23rd delivery. We had a customer need to reschedule a whole beef to September which opened this up with virtually zero wait time. Our pricing has remained stable at an average $1350 per 1/4

Joel, Amy, you guys are killing me......We had 2 Rib Eyes from the 1/2 cow we got from you guys, I never eat Rib Eye I always do Filet when we go out, wife loves Rib Eyes and since I want to try all the cuts we had them, I ate the darn whole thing and it was really good. Mine was Med Rare and wife's was Well. 2 minutes to sear on each side at 425 then mine goes on the top rack to cook slower and the wife's directly on the grill both at 280 til done....

OK so last week the wife made a roast stew with gravy from Joel and Amy's company...tonight we did 3 beef loin NY Steaks. I don't want to sound like a broken record but WOW is all I can say (not really all I can say) Anyone that wants to try some amazing beef you have to at least try Joel and Amy's work. Just amazing tastes and quality, 2 were medium rare for me one tonight and tomorrow for lunch, 1 was well done for the wife. I hate well done beef but even at that level of cooked beef it was amazing after the wife forced me to try a piece of hers. I cannot wait til fall when we can bbq a few times a week out of this heat....I can guarantee that you will be very happy with his product.
