Requal is a new requirement this year.

From what I have read on Calguns, the new offsite range process has been very easy, no reports about delayed renewal cards.

My wife takes her initial training this Thursday night from 4-10 I believe. No further instructions were given but I would presume she would simply qualify at one of the authorized ranges at her convenience.
