LOCO LOPEZ LSA JET is ready to rock. Red LSA boat is right behind this.
We took forever on this to get the LSA sitting nice and low. Had to use a new alternator bracket, relocate the oil cooler bracket deal. But was well worth it, now the pump loads good and she has very little bow rise. Big boat - Shhmedium Engine.

Excuse my erection but any pics of the engine and compartment? Just curious if you could put a small blower in there.

The LSA 6.2L is a supercharged engine. It is the cadillac CTS-V power. Small eaton blower with intercooler.
Pic attached.
Motor makes 540HP

This is production pic, it comes with a cool cadillac cover

Nice. Will be interesting to see how the Small Block pushes that boat out of the water. Great.

These LSA jet decks are absolutely perfect. Right up my alley. Would be great for what we do here in oregon! Nice work!

SORRY ROB - all the builds are for customers. 23 decks are sold into summer - mostly jet builds.

Trying to stock a 26 cat or 277 deck this summer is my goal. 23 decks keep selling so i can stop production

Can what you reduced in height be applied to an LSA sterndrive?
Have you done any more 23 LSA sterndrives?

Sterndrive motor height is determined by the x dimensions cut

Jet motors are buried down in there

Outdrive tunnels typically have higher mounted engines.

The hatch could be smaller on outdrive LSA but they mount the power steering pump high up on front

This will be an interesting build. Is anyone going through the motor to set it up for marine use? The nice thing about blueprint is they stand behind their product and they seem to work great in cars, however I've yet to see one of their motors last long in a marine setting.

I was told they run the same tolerances for marine and cars, which tends to be a little tight in a boat. The cam is also a bit aggressive for wet exhaust. It may be worthwhile to have an engine builder go through prior to install

These are so sexy! Have you considered an insert to fill the gap on the swim steps when using jet drive?

I want to try it, but with the swimstep shoulders in the mold it may look shitty. Pic attached

Get rid of the inner rub rail around the exhausts and sides. Mount some nice stainless hardware that accepts a teak step that would slide in just below the exhaust and fill in that area.

I like this idea. I'm not a fan of teak on modern boats though. Maybe a panel that is machined aluminum or something like that.

Sorry for the lack of updates. Slam mode at shop dealing with covid delays on vendors and trying to keep customers happy.
Big blower motor jet in final assembly
Blue / Grey 23 Deck IO getting a new shadow trailer on monday and rolling to havasu
White 632 in rigg- pump in working on rail kit mock up
2 x more 23 deck jets out of molds.
7 more to go
most are getting jets. I have one maybe with 300R V8 outboard which makes me happy.

Curious if one of these could be rigged as a v-drive and made to work right?

Everything is a factor of time and money. Just not sure why - boat works great with jet, outdrive and outboard. V Drive would be tough inside center sponson as the deck is a liner top.

Another LSA jet -
Dominator intake / Berk auction/ A stainless / mini droop / Place diverter

Weldon fuel pump and fuel rail upgrade on stock engine.

3 x LSA builds
1 more custom bostick power
7 x outdrives and 1 300r

We tested some different loaders on the LSA power to get more out of it.

Same here. I don't think I have seen it in a marine platform.

Blue Print is awesome to deal with. Kell there answers the phone, accurate shipping dates. Blows the big boys out of the water with correct lead times on engines.
They make a 496 - 540 - 632 Longblock for marine use with a warranty.
Its a long list but you need:

Headers
Oil System
Alternator - JET
Water Lines
Belts
Fly Wheel - PTO - Driveline
Fuel Pump and Lines
Correct Oil Pan- JET

and it will go.

This one is taking longer as we are going with an AIM Digital Dash with sensors, so its taking some time. Bro Deal budget so im doing my best.

I ran a marine Blueprint 632 in a 25 Daytona and it ran well. I have another BP Marine 632 in a crate right now, that will be going into a Tahiti Winger hopefully this coming summer. Are they TCM? Nope. But they have been AWESOME to work with!

Curious about the oil system, dry sump?
And flywheel or flexplate?

And what water pump?
