24 Schiada twin 300R’s! First water test

A family friend had a Spectra 24 with a 1000hp TT setup in it and he had the bottom blueprinted and speed coated by Rudy Ramos. That thing hauled the mail and was rock solid at any speed.

He kept an LS-6 in the barn as a back up when he had troubles with the turbo setup.

Some day I will own a setup like that.. always loved the 24xs spectra

There was a pretty sweet 24 at the big E a couple weeks ago for some gel ding repair. It wasn’t a TT by the looks of the hatch but looked like a perfect family runner. Deep, heavy v drive cruiser with actual useable area under deck.

How do you get in and out of the boat when it’s in the water? 2 big black things are in the way.

outboards on a shiada is like putting a Tesla motor and batteries in a 1970 Dodge Challenger. Sure good speed but ruins the car or boat in this case.

Those big black tabs on the transom could be used to get into the boat while its in the water...
