What is your budget and what exactly are ya looking for?

I’ve got a buddy that is stripping one to build another. The hull is in great shape, no rot. The gel needs to be completely redone. He is Aloha Jeff here in the boards. Pm him. Hell prolly give it away cheap!

AlohaJeff's is a V-Drive, the other 2 I know of are I/O with 330hp 454 and the TRS drives.

If if has to have good gel coat mine is not for you.

My 1974 24XS was painted by the previous owner. The paint over Gel didn't work out so good. It's checking and cracking. The engine / transmission / v-drive / prop shaft / rudder are NOT available. The IMCO fuel tanks I installed are already out and are going into the new boat. The Bennett Trim Tabs + Pump + Control Box all stay.
