I had jeff @ masonry and more do the pavers...it's all done now..about 2400 sq ft.Who’s doing the pavers Steve? Are you handling that or is the builder doing the whole gig?
there's water and a rv dump on the left side of the yard, so I wanna make sure to landscape the front where another RV can park in front....that would make 2 rv spots, and 3 or 4 boat and trunk spots, my 3 sons all have rv's and as it is now, all four of us could park on the lot... don't know why we would ever do that,... but we could...That really makes the curb appeal pop
Tonys not the builder, Richard @ affordable homes is doing this build..Tony builds a nice home, he is my neighbor
Will the Pavers hold up to the weight of RVthere's water and a rv dump on the left side of the yard, so I wanna make sure to landscape the front where another RV can park in front....that would make 2 rv spots, and 3 or 4 boat and trunk spots, my 3 sons all have rv's and as it is now, all four of us could park on the lot... don't know why we would ever do that,... but we could...
actually , pavers have twice the PSI of concrete..Will the Pavers hold up to the weight of RV
So does the labor just make them less desirable than doing concrete cause they look awesome. What would be the price difference on your driveway if you would have went cement?actually , pavers have twice the PSI of concrete..

That is correct. It is all about the prep underneath them.If the compaction is done right, yes. If not, then they will sink over time.
across the board it's about twice as much,.. only down fall to pavers,... do not wash the drive with city water....turns the pavers white...other than that ..all a plus...So does the labor just make them less desirable than doing concrete cause they look awesome. all the bedrooms have their own return AC and coffered ceilings, this make the AC work twice as good, and cools down better and faster with doors closed...this is how it should be in every house,... but,. .. builders don't wanna spend the extra money...
the good thing also is how fast the home cools down when the house has been sitting with the ac turned up,...I have this in my Havasu house as well. Works very well and efficiently too.
theres a ton of what if's going on with this house, and I always say, "Best time to sell is when you have a buyer!"
and so far, not even one offer, or interest in buying
the what ifs are the same, what if the house's in havasu do go up 100k next year... I loose 100k...house is paid for so the money is doing nothing but sitting and hoping...the only person that really wants the house is my wife... she wants to keep it at least one summer, then if we don't use it,... sell it.... she has all these comments every eve. about how she wants me to quit building and slow down..she knows if I sell, I'm gonna build on my bullhead lots, and she doesn't like that idea at all..there's not very many good lots left in havasu...most every thing need a ton of dirt work and retaining walls..so In leaving for work today, wife said,... please don't sell the havasu house, lets enjoy it for awhile....
Paul, you're never leaving Parker. LoLPut me on the what if list. [emoji106]. House looks great. No point in buying furniture for it to live there for three months.

1. Sue is right use the house this summer.
2. Enjoy the RV
3. Buy golf clubs
Do not count him out!We are talking about Steve. #1 and 2 will occur. No way Steve is purchasing clubs
this could be the perfect home for you,....what I'd like to do is find someone with a trailer, or small house that I could take trade in and i'll carry the balance...I’m sure. I made the trip 7 days in a row last week. It just comes down to a quality of life deal when your in your car an hour and half every day. That’s 10 hours last week alone, just in the car. I might as well live in Orange County if I’m going to be in my car that much. Idk. I have this debate over and over in my head.
