Yes, he took it out a couple weeks ago when I was down there, that thing is sick, exhaust is under water, all you can hear is blower belts

I'm pretty sure this is the exact boat he bought. It had something like 30 to 50 hrs on it. I have a video on my phone, I'll try to upload it

Im just curious what insurance company would insure a person who recently rolled a 45ft Donzi and threw innocent people out of his boat...

Very bizarre, also there aren't any pending law suits?

I don't believe he purposely threw innocent people out of the boat. It was stated earlier that there was some type of failure.
