4800 sq ft'r with zero edge pool

Finished this one a few months ago. We did all slab showers in this house, and a unique zero edge (Rim flow) pool that required a big surge tank to be buried in the yard. Fun project.

That's about all I have as far as pictures. This house ended up around $560 sq ft, including the pool and lot. Base house is around $300 sq ft, plus lot and options.

Really nice job on that one. The pool is bad ass, as said before. Looks like a piece of art in the backyard. But it seems like if you made to much movement water would be all over that deck.

Toscana is an amazing place. Been out there a few times. I think it is the best CC in the valley. Bitchen job on the house. That pool is sick.
