My service team at work wanted to have me do some BBQ for them. So we set down goals and they killed them.

Went to Costco and bought 50lbs of pork butt.

Marinated them with some bbq, terryaki, soy overnight.

The. Threw them in the smoker for a long sloooow cook. (Guessing around 20-24 hours).

First part was overnight at 200. Then raise to 225 and let them sit and bake.

I’m about at the halfway point now and every thing is looking pretty damn good.
