I may have missed it but I think it would be a good selling point if you included the inside of the garage in your video. A potential buyer is going to want to see if they can fit their boat and toys inside, maybe include the size of the garage in the video.

At the center, I would say about 8' to the mud most days. There are some pretty large boats that frequent in there.

I'm 6' even and in the center of my canal I can stand on my tip toes and just keep my head out. I've owned a 33 Daytona and had no problems with depth issues driving around the canals.

The garages are the only draw back to this great house. They are car garages, but the house is awesome!! Very livable for the Key's. The lot does have a great side parking spot, you could fit a good size motor home in it.

what is the depth of water in those canals?

The canals are all open to just about any boat you would put on the river. Over the 20 year we have been in the Key's I have seen everything from 16ft up to a 42ft Fountain. It is truly a one of a kind community, a great place.
