good luck getting one anytime soon...

have you check the basics yet? like the fuses and/or breakers? Nothing like getting a $100 service call for a $3 item.

condensing unit will not engage .If i reset the breaker the condenser humms for about 3 seconds then the breaker blows:swear:swear:swear

Ahh rats,,, Rob ya gotta get a tech out there.
I suggest desert rider or wheres my keyes for starters.

A long shot:
Look inside the condensing unit and see if the compressor capacitor has oil driping or around it or it's wet with oil and swolen.
If so we can fix it over the internet.
It'll look somewhat like this, but not to be confused with the fan capacitor:

Thanks for the info just woke up and had a 911 at work so Ill give it a check out when i get home hope that is it?????
