A cool RV feature for hose storage

Didn’t have room for the dump hose container in our RV storage so I went to measure the width of the frame to order the Super slider super tube. Holds your RV hose and even some end fittings.
Discovered it already came with our RV.

The super slider type, though telescopes it still comes in different lengths.
Several sellers sell it under different names and different prices.

Some order it in white to store their water hose.

I imagine the day will come on the freeway that the hatch door opens, the hose comes 2/3s of the way out and drags behind us, people passing us and honking and pointing to the back of our RV.

5th wheel with a ramp, no bumper.
Also the bumpers rust inside and act like sandpaper against the hose and ruin them quick.
