Its always fun doing some of these projects. The roof was a rubber roof that had a thin layer of ice on it this morning. We may as well of been doing this on a ice rink.

:beer:beerEnjoy the pics:beer

Cool job.

I've done plenty of HVAC work in my day and I don't recall any helicopters being involved. :)

We had to strip a few 100lbs off the old units before the lift. They were to heavy. Fun stuff

I'm a Service Sales Engineer, I have done almost every job there is in this industry so I am Yes to all of the above. I started at the very bottom over 15 years ago but I like to help out on the big jobs. I think I get in the way but I enjoy it.

My wifes bldg in downtown LA had some chillers changed out last weekend. They used a helicopter for something like 34 lifts about 45 stories each. Had to refuel the chopper too. Wish I was in town to check it out. Sounds like a LOT of work.

Taking the pictures doesn't constitute working. Besides, I worked today.... did graphics on a Porsche GT2 cup car. Then when I got back the office, well, a few new things show up for the game room.

Thae dance video game weighed around 1000lbs and came in 10 different peices It took 6 guys to get it upstairs (someone else was using the heli, ;)). Both, that and the foosball table needed assembly. Don't say that I don't work. :D:D:D

I was working on the huntington beach mall quite a few years ago when they installed the ac's, they used the big pink helicopter from a tv show dont remember the name.Only problem was the mall was still open in the center of the roof since it was going to have a soft top when the helicopter got close sheet of plywood and sheetrock were flying like a tornado came through, pretty cool the helicopter was huge.
