That came out nice! I remember when that place was for sale with the lot option. Good buy for sure.
I'd straight up build a lazy river fuckin' oasis in the back yard! LOL
I have a client who did that. It was an unreal amount of piping underground. Looked like an organized bowl of spaghetti lol. Turned out killer though. He gets drunk as hell and falls asleep on his raft doing laps around his backyard all day
Sounds better than hiking the Grand Tetons (the grand tetons) a. snowcapped mountains in modern day Wyoming; b. the mountains where the trappers first took a mountain goat to wife; That's one way to get some exercise I guess!

Or he could leisurely play with a pair of Tetons while floating about his yard. Which would you choose?
Yes, the little house was there,... and they married the two lots,... It got changed back to 2 ,lots and I built the rv garage home... next I wanna build the workshop/rv garage with a 2 story loft casitaSo was there originally the little house, then someone added the larger home to the right rear of the lot?
What a great property!
soon I hope...When will the drugs house next door be added to the compound?
the neighbors house is only 5' off his property line, I cut a drive way going into his back yard so he lets me come in on that side from his drive...if I cut down the tree I could drive straight in.... also could just put a gate in the rearSo the tenants up front use the neighbors driveway to park on the side of the house? Thats a great lot you have.
Have you thought about a wall around the entire property or does that not make sense financially.the neighbors house is only 5' off his property line, I cut a drive way going into his back yard so he lets me come in on that side from his drive...if I cut down the tree I could drive straight in.... also could just put a gate in the rear
how much for rdp members to stay at 2ff rv park? where do we book?there's also a 30 amp/ 50 amp rv power and water in the rear along the little fence,.. there's a rv dump there also but you would have to use a long hose, or dump on the way out...
no...it's two seperate propertys,... but you have to do a prescriptive easement when you sell only one to let them use the drive@n2otoofast4u dont think it 2 different properties it was one and he add a house behind the little house

if you see the wall on the new home... there is parking behind it.... you loose a lot of land use with set back for a new wall... there's a cliff back there thats why I did the bermHave you thought about a wall around the entire property or does that not make sense financially.
I thought about splitting it up,... but the true value is in the compound/// if you split it, you have what everyone has,,, together it's what everyone wants.. the little house with it's own deed make it a legal year round rental... can't do that with a casita...Got it!
Got it!
it's free...i own itso how much to stay at 2ff rv park? ha
for others to stay( me)how do we reserve it?... i know you own it hahait's free...i own it
secret hand shakefor others to stay( me)how do we reserve it?... i know you own it haha
the rental pays everything for both houses with some left over...so debt free there...Great spot. having the little rental is nice to offset your annual overhead as well
