Two things happened last week, one everyone is pretty much up to speed on. The other not so much I imagine.

The press has made much hay that the group that invaded the US Capital building were attempting a coup. Well, not really. They occupied some realestate. The US gov't was still intact. The congress can meet in other location besides two chamber in the capital building. The consitution doesn't provide that votes have to take place a ceartain lat/lon coordinates, it only provides that both houses have to agree if they are to meet outside of the capital (Article I, Section 5). And as we saw, both legislative bodies again convened later in the day and finished their business (for right or wrong, different thread). We all will ignore groups on the left actually attempting to seced from the United States, or trying to interuupt the business of the SCOTUS, at least the Justices lock the doors. One could argue that forming your own country isn't the same action as a coup, but the goal ceartainly is.

On Thursday the speaker of the house performed an action much closer to a coup de'tat then what the hooligans did a few day prior. It seems Pelosi phoned up the chairman of the Joint Cheifs of Staff and asked him to not follow any orders from the President. People smarter than me have not been able to find any clause in the basic law of this country that allows the legislative branch to interfere directly in the orders of the executive. In case anyone has forgotten, the President sits at the head of the Executive and is the top of the Chain of Command of the US armed forces. Otherwise known as the Commander-in-Chief. She then broadcast the action, posting a letter on her website. Until the President is impeached and convicted, resigns, is replaced by invoking the 25th ammendment, or lawfully replaced at inauguration, he still sits and commands the armed forces of the United States. The Congress' only power here are to declare war and direct appropriations, not authorise the defense of this country on a case-by-case basis.

So which act is more in line with taking over the governent? Which act weekens the standing of this country? Is it unreasonable to think adversaries aren't paying attention and make a move against US interests in the near term?

If Fancy Nancy wants to be in charge of the millitary, she can run for President and be elected (or somehow remove both the President and the VP). Bad decisions and actions by one party do not justify the same from the other, a point both sides should consider.

I'm guessing most of this special op's, insurrection act stuff is probably BS, wish it wasn't, but, my main question to any active or ex-military people on the site is, are the generals of all the military divisions going to allow this country to become a socialist/ communist country under the control of Beijing Biden, China and big tech? Seem we're well along the way. Of course all are welcome to reply.;)

Military and Law Enforcement departments are all sworn to the constitution. You are already seeing Police Departments pushing back against orders from Political Leaders that they believe violate a persons rights under the constitution. I am by no means in a position of power or authority in those ranks, but I'm fairly certain none of them will blindly follow the bullshit that is going on.

That is way different than crowd or riot control tactics. You will see the National guard still assisting local PD's when requested and authorized. But if you are dreaming for some type of military take over of Biden I think you are going to be very disappointed.

You're right I am disappointed, the left at this time is highly unconstitutional. Just how bad does it have to get?

Sleek its so obvious whats going on.

If people cant see this well its sad...

people need to wake up to what all of them are up to
Oh we see it but how can the average Joe really make an impact on this? I've donated, I voted, would join any local protest,etc...but it seems meaningless. The socialist dont even hide their criminality anymore. I feel powerless to make a difference.

Many people who have alleged the vote was rigged have appropriately taken their claims to courts across the land.

Over 80 judges both R and D appointed have concluded there is no evidence of this that would change the outcome of the election.

Consistent with that all 50 states have certified their votes, the electoral college has voted and congress has appropriately counted those votes even having the right to appeal and attempt to change that outcome. Those that objected lost such appeal consistent with the constitution.

Like the outcome or not it has been done by the book, by the Constitution. Given military members and government officials take an oath to uphold the Constitution, to attempt at this time to overturn that process would be in fact unconstitutional and a violation of their oath. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Kim Jong-un's Message for Joe Biden: We Will Bring U.S. 'to Its Knees'
So it's Kim vs. Joe. Crazy vs. Senile. Maybe Joe can ask his Chinese masters for some assistance.
Kim Jong Un may be a nutcase but he sees what the rest of the world sees; the USA is falling apart
Hey Kimmie, Biden will be on his knees long before you get tough with him. Maybe you will want CommiLa on her knees.
Too Late Kimmie. The democrats and a few million sofa-bound MSNBC junkies beat you to it.
The joke is on Kimmie. Biden will do that to America for you.

Either we have laws or we don’t. Fight the fight, but fight it consistent with the rule of law and the constitution.

The Republicans that voted for certification weren’t sell outs, they were simply upholding the rule of law and the constitution.

2016 sucked for conservatives. 2020 sucks for conservatives and Trump populists.

As long as these two groups leaders and members want to attack each other as opposed to attacking liberals, one should rationally expect more liberalism.

Ok, I guess you may have missed the point of changing the rules to fit a narrative of a certain outcome. I at this point have no faith in any politician. Well I guess I haven't in years which is why I voted for him in the first place.

I am considering starting a political platform that is reliable, indexable (which none of the new ones are) and easy to use.. i Thought heavily about doing it two years ago.. I had no idea B.I.G. tech would go this far left..

It’s always seemed to me that the Republicans believe and abide by the rule of law and the left only goes along when it fits their agenda. Maybe that’s just my perception. 😂

That’s why your Lincoln Butt Hurt Commie Project needs to make sure none of Trump’s team can work again, because it was fair and square.

BTW, why haven’t you addressed your commie ways..........commie? 😂

You keep saying shit like : "Either we have laws or we don’t. Fight the fight, but fight it consistent with the rule of law and the constitution."

Well this is the issue, around 80 million voters watched our DOJ and our elected officials cheat us out of a presidency.

Refusing to admit evidence or testimony does not play out with millions of us, we see it as there is no law anymore.

When the "leaders" and "lawmakers" are a law unto themselves, then we have to right to not recognize any law at all.

There is no justice for anyone if it's only for the 1% who are making and breaking laws as they choose.

Did you miss the WI Supreme Court ruling? The majority decision stated if voters falsely claimed they were indefinitely confined “their ballots would not count.” But the court did not give license to throw out ballots without making individual determinations.

50k last election, 250k this election. A campaign is supposed to chase down 200,000 people and prove they are not indefinitely confined...in 2 weeks? That’s justice to you?

I get your view. Others including the courts disagree with your facts and your view and have ruled so.

I’ve lost when I honestly thought I should have won in court dozens of times.

And you honestly believe you’ve been cheated this time and I get it.

But as fucked up as you may view it to be, I’ve yet to find a better system.

I don't think it's a fucked up system, I think that the system is full of corrupted, lying abusers who are getting rich off the backs of the middle class.

You feel like as long as there was a judgement, then it was a legal decision. I feel like they were in collusion with the politicians who are pushing a one world order, and paying for it with our money.

There is where the disconnect is, you think it WAS legal, I KNOW it was not. I base that purely on the amount of testimony and video of voter fraud that you choose to ignore.

How are we to believe in justice or rule of law after this betrayal? They are doing NOTHING to disprove any events, just silencing them.

There is no law when the people are cast aside.

How about mandatory in person voting , thumbs in 3 day dyes, and ID verification for voting for the next election for starters ?

Is it true PA allowed votes after the day of election?
If so, how about mandatory all states have no votes count after Election Day?
What’s wrong with any of the above?
