Keel guard two sided tape/adhesive.Like double sided tape adhesive? Heat, elbow grease and WD40.
You could use goof off, just rinse it off quick.

Yes it does.Small plastic scraper and then brake cleaner to remove residue, works every time . In fact brake cleaner cleans everything !
