Adding HD TV to a car

Has anyone done this? Want to be able to hear local news while I'm driving. Just getting tired of the satellite radio. I was hoping for some feedback if you have had it installed.

I have a tracvison A7 it receives direct tv. So we can watch all TV movie and movie channels we subscribe to.

They pop up on eBay all the time.

My mom has 2 on 2 different vehicles. I’ve got one that I need to install on the Escalade and one for my work truck. And have had them on my vehicles since 07. They work really well and are a lifesaver for long car rides.
