Finally got to see my road dolly I had adrenaline build for the vector
I don’t think a full size wheel road dolly has been built like this before.
Thank you Wayne and Joe for making my crazy ideas a reality!

Road dolly, with 17” ridlers, cat style bump and steps to bow, ground effect led lights under trailer, led runway lights for night trailering, catwalk in front and drive guard in rear. Catwalk and drive guards will get seadek later when we finalize flooring in the vector so they all match
Rear flush side pockets with removable side guides and or steps
Paint is black metal flake. So stoked with the outcome. Now if I can just get AJ to finish the vector to go on it :D

Why do you call it a road dolly versus a trailer? Dolly’s for race boats usually have the wheels under the boat to fit them inside a trailer.

The wheels are under the boat, look closer.
Boat dolly goes inside an enclosed trailer and to ramp only
A road dolly can be towed or skinny enough to put inside enclosed trailer
See pic while it was being built, it will make more sense

Some day when it’s finally complete I’ll build an enclosed trailer for it to go inside of

Trailer / dolly looks sweet!

Any chance of a night pic of the run way lights and ground lights? I like lights and shiney objects....

Eventually, it’s in Havasu, I’m not, lol

Plus got to leave something for others for write up and pics once it’s ALL done

Sweet trailer but why the ladder? My Vector deck was so thin we didn't walk on it.

There’s no steps, except the removable ones in rear. Not practical for launching and retrieving.
Fenders are under the boat. I’m not getting any younger, and should make getting in boat a breeze.
Drives me crazy on my 210 stepping on the winch to get in boat when launching. Every time looking hmmmm didn’t break yet, lol

Great looking trailer. I like the items you included. As I get older I understand where you are coming from. These are the things that I am starting to think about so that I am able to enjoy the toys that I have into my later years.

Thanks, Wait until the vectors done. It’s got full on air suspension seat bases, because I like my back more then it likes me. :)

That looks bad ass!

I might need to up date my trailer, it’s only 1.5 years old!

Im guessing it’s taller than a standard trailer? So you would have to put it further down the ramp?
Not really, my tires on truck are pretty much same spot when launching. Just touching water, same ramp at Windsor before new trailer and after

See pic of original competitive trailer, red line is close to low pro height. The bunks may be an inch or so higher for clearance, but the tires lower trailer an inch plus.
May not be similar results with all boats. But halletts tend to sit high on trailers look at side view of my old 210
