Kayaks are considered a boat and you have to have a life jacket. When I first made my way up the hill no one cared, then it got more popular and there was the money grab and all the rules. With all the rules does that mean that I can do a down wind paddle from the village to tavern bay if I am on a 14' board?

On a side note not how goes it welldigger? Hope all is well! Maybe we should do a RD arrowhead get together !
