As of today, he still has Not turned over his Phone and Records to Authorities. How does that happen? Damn, a Girl was killed and this Investigation is Pissing around with this POS. I swear every day there is more and more Proof of different two different rules and justice in this Country.

I tend to think it's more the entire law offices some can afford hiring vs some guy working in his mom's basement, I could make payments to. 🥵

Well, that's what's not being mentioned "he" has not handed over his phone records...why has the investigating department not bypassed him fully, and received a court order to retrieve them from the cellular provider? It really looks more like smoke and mirrors.

Its actually worse than you describe because has had decades of training in multiple movies on how to handle firearms.

He just didn't follow them and killed someone.

All movies point guns at people, There not supposed to be real or loaded, Hundreds of guns used every year in movies with no mistakes. The actor is acting , he does
not need to know anything on gun safety, Do you think Charlies Angels knew gun safety and were careful not to point at any one,

Right, The problem is with the set, Person they hired was an idiot, Thats who created the problem and F...d up! I have worked on over 20 Clint Eastwood films,Never ever
been a mishap, Well some one killed the monkey in Every Which way But Loose but that was not with a gun.

You are factually incorrect. Actors are supposed to “cheat the camera” and aim the gun left or right of any character they are aiming at.

the entire cast of Charlies Angels know more than you do about firearms safety, which appears to be nothing.

Baldwin wasn’t even supposed to be pointing the gun at anything in the scene they were rehearsing when Baldwin killed Halyna Hutchins, it’s in the script.

Spoke with a former weapons specialist recently. He stated that A) the weapons specialist on set had no place being in that role but achieved it through a connection B) the gun should not be loaded for rehearsal and the weapons specialist should have demonstrated that prior to handing the weapon over to him/Baldwin should have checked it.

That’s like saying the bartender shouldn’t have gotten him that drunk and and given him the keys and the driver shouldn’t have been driving when he killed Halyna Hutchins.


One caveat, Alec Baldwin didn’t get the gun from the armorer and he knew better, then Baldwin didn’t clear the weapon. Then Baldwin cocked the weapon, took aim at Halyna Hutchins and pressed the trigger.


Hannah Gutierrez was not given the opportunity to inspect the weapon because Alec Baldwin broke protocol.


It would be like a drunk reaching behind the bar for a few extra drinks and grabbing his keys and you blame the bartender.

I am sure that video was contribed from the side of a ambulance chasing attorney...but if any of those 15 things not done are true....he deserves to write a big fat check... Civil case so he won't do time.... or at least has not been charged criminally.
