Well I am glad there are people trained and willing to do that, because I am neither. If it was on me, I would inspect it with a pair of binoculars...

That design is so beautiful and functional at the same time.

I can't count the number of times I have stepped off the edge of a bridge of that same design for a recreational inspection.

I'd feel a lot safer dangling that far off the ground with a "workers helmet" on :D

The helmet is for anything dropped from above. Has nothing to do with the fall.
