Does anyone on here have any idea if anyone still does aluminizing anymore? My dad has another Mandella and the headers need a little love...any help would be great!

Nichols metal spray in Wilmington Ca can do them but they arent part of the usual business so it may take a while for them to get to them.

Have you ever seen a Alumanized header? I highly doubt young guns does that .

It was a joke dude. I work on performance cars for a living. [emoji6]

Young Guns is the only shop I have found in So Cal that does thermal Coatings, and, does them in multiple colors.

If Sam can't do it, I'm sure he will know who does. Or, he will have some type of thermal coat that will match. 😊

Yes, he wants the boat period correct. Note the details on the engine, black hose,, orange Autolite spark plug wire, etc.

Just to keep it period correct and he really likes the look...all him Mandellas back in the day had them and his other white one has them as well
