Can you hear me now?
Apparently they weren't told that trump signed the insurrection order and was hidden in a bunker and the military was rounding up the treasonous criminals.
There’s zero chance this will go anywhere. Zero.

I dont agree with that. One thing socialist Democrats are good at is making their members tow the line. If they eliminate the filibuster it's a done deal.
Objectively both party’s have been whittling away the filibuster for a decade.
And we know exactly who started it, harry reid.
Never happenIt might work if they banish non citizen and dead people voting...
Was that POS really born in Searchlight NV?
I just googled it.....I think that is just crazy that someone from Searchlight became so powerful. He should have believed in the American dream and it just seems he tore it down

A filibuster won’t get 2/3 of each house to back it, let alone 3/4 of both houses to sign it.

No it would be a constitutional amendment the states would need to ratify. Good luck with that outside the northeast and west coast, and of course IL.
Please refer to post 20. States have nothing to do with it just the majority of congress as stated by Pronstar.

States have everything to do with it. You need 3/4 of the states to ratify an amendment to the constitution.
Pronstar was right in post #9. This has 0 chance of going anywhere.
Constitutional Amendment Process
The authority to amend the Constitution of the United States is derived from Article V of the Constitution. After Congress proposes an amendment, the Archivist of the United States, who heads the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), is charged with responsibility for...www.archives.gov
It needs to clear those hurdles in both the house, and the senate [emoji106]

Yes, you are correct. I only read the top part of constitutional ammendment and it said congress OR 2/3 of states could propose but states have not done so previously. But as I read further, ratifying does require 38 states to approve so you are correct...thanks
No worries. Let them propose whatever they want.
