So today after work I trimmed 11 pork butts, got them injected and sitting in the fridge. Then I thought to myself , and I said “ self why don’t you make bbq sauce”? Turned out 5 1/2 gallons. Cooking butts tomorrow for buddy from work, and my future grandson baby shower party. BHC hood rat cul-de-sac gunna smell goooood in the morning......but for now I’m f@#&ing tired and calling it a night!
