Theres been a Cartel gang war here recently, burning some busses at 2AM, good thing I'm in bed by 9:00, haha! Was out on the porch drinking a glass of Vino Blanco after dinner, and, oh shit, a full out war broke out, thought for sure I was going down, haha!!!

Surfs up for the locals this morning at Costa Azul, picked up the GF at the airport and headed to Pes

cadero for four days, then off to Todos Santos!

Had a great stay. Four nights at El Pescadero and four nights north of Todos Santos. A little cool here this time of year but lots of sun, enjoyed the town and the beaches and did a lot of relaxing!

Drove up toward Loreto today, staying in Nopolo tonight, the headed to my sister's timeshare in Dazante Bay tomorrow for four days.

Last night in Danzante Bay, not really a resort kind of guy, but it is beautiful here and we had a blast with my sister and BIL as we always do! Dropping them at the airport tomorrow and heading North to Bahia de Los Angels for a few days. Liver needs a break, but not quite yet!

Found a bar way down a dirt road, had read about it but have never been, took a chance and it was actually open, what luck!! And fresh seafood caught right there. Had some great Octopus Tostada's and some Margaritas and Cervezas!

Bahia de Los Angeles was beautiful as usual, not sure we saw another Gringo here in two days. Weather was perfect, high 80

's with a cool ocean breeze. Making the final push North tomorrow, hope to cross by Noon!!

Looks like you made your way down to the bar on La Mona beach! I can't remember the name of the bar off the top of my head. Playa Blanca maybe? They did a pretty bitchen job with the build! After a day of fishing, we pull up there and put down more drinks and nibble on some grub! Feels just like Fox's in Baja! HaHa!

If you guys are still in BOLA, try Roca Vela restaurant for dinner one night!

Left early, now in line at the border. Went by Roca Vela yesterday and it looked closed. Yep, that's exactly it, Playa Blanca. Cool place, love to come there by boat. Owner said he was going to get one to bring people in from town!

Back in the USofA! Crossed over near Yuma, pretty uneventful drive from Bahia de Los Angeles other than dodging potholes at o dark thirty. 7 hrs to the border, 2 hr wait to cross and 2hrs to Parker. Here for a week before heading back to Colorado for the Summer. Thanks for following along! Already planning next year's trip!!!
