Well Riverdave wanted some content and I have been thinking about doing a thread anyway. Some shit that is going on around the shop. I will post some random pics of things we experience around here. From some of the cars that just stop by to the stuff we are working on. Any questions or requests ask away. I will probably end up putting up some older stuff I find on my phone that is worthy also.

Dream car right there. Used to walk by one on the way to school and drool every damn day.

That was an interesting one. Holley sniper lost a throttle plate. Screw heads broke off and luckily the plate got stuck behind the valve. Minimal damage. Cleaned it up and fixed a few other things on it. And threw the sniper in the trash and put a Holley terminator on it.

I bought that car as an unfinished project off a member here. How buddy had it and it has been a road racer since the mid 70’s. He started to do some updates and got sick and it sat. I bought in kit form with a bunch of parts and put it back together and back on the street. 406 small block, t-56 six speed, efi, Wilwoods, 9” floater. All the good stuff. A blast on the street. Have a Weber looking efi for it one day. Have the stacks peak out of the hood. I nicknamed it wholly guacamole.

More pictures of the 75 Jimmy please
That’s mine and it is a 74. I built it the first time 30 years ago in my mom’s driveway. Traded it for a piece of equipment when o opened the shop 19 years ago and bought it back about 2-1/2 years ago. Blew it apart down to the bare frame and rebuilt back better. Still need to finish the interior in it. Blown and injected 509 4l80e np205 Dana 60 front and a trophy truck rear. 6 piston Wilwoods all around. Custom OmF wheels and 40” m/t’s.

I will look for pics of it. It is a 72. We built it for a customer. It was his first car. He took it to a shop in OC and they cut it apart and closed up. I picked up the bare shell on a wood dolly and we did it all in house. 440 Mast lsx full manual 4l80 the chassis is parts from chassis works and art Morrison. We got it done and the poor bastard had a stroke a year or so later. I am the caretaker of it for now. Fire it up and drive it on occasion.

The red is a 69 and the green is a 70. Just had another 69 show up right before we left today.

I don’t need more space as I will just acquire more shit. Hoarding runs in the family. I do need more techs. I am down 6 from my peak and have more work than I know what to do with. No one wants to work.
Had I have stayed in Ca. after retiring I would come out and work with you for a couple weeks at a time to help you get caught up and I would do it just for the fun of it.

If'n you need some more room at a moment's notice, I'd make room for that 69 Firebird. I'd treat her real nice with all the fuel she can eat. Regular exercise and baths too.

Nice.. not only do you get to work on them but you own some nice rides..

Love those fastback mustangs..
Got a 69.

And tryn to buy a 67 fastback that's been sitting 30yrs or so.. it was took apart n never finished... So its almost basically a clean shell car..
(Going to sell this one)

Tryn to find a 351c block that's stock bore and not cracked has become a chore..

Going to start lookn at vehicles just for the motor(if price makes sense) till I can get one of those aftermarket blocks that foundries are still working on casting..
