According to another site I am on he has already been charged with murder. They also have a pic collage put together in the timeline in which it occurred. It appears the shooter reached for the bear spray and was slapped by the victim. The shooter then draws his firearm and is sprayed moments before the trigger is pulled. The firearm was displayed before the bear spray was used. This shitbag should be going to prison for a while.

If that pepper spray attack was unprovoked then I hear you. It's sounding like the security guard tried to take the pepper spray away from the shooting victim which in this case could be an attempted Robbery. At that point, he's not a victim. I don't have more of the facts, but if he instigated that conflict, that shooting likely will not be a legal one.

The chances of one being maced, and then getting off a head or center-mass shot or series of tightly grouped shots, are slim to none.
Aim would have to be taken before the tear ducts and mucus membranes were inflamed. That, or an incredibly lucky shot. The wannabe "armed guard" I highly doubt had live fire or high stress training...

Myself, I prefer to sit on my porch. I have no need to seek out a preview to what will seemingly be in every city. If and when that happens, there may be more quiet folk leaving their porches.

The Denver Communists organized the counter protest. Communisim has no endearing qualities to me. Niether do those in this country that choose to follow it.

I've worked for what I have, and for what I hope my kids will have. If people have died for what was in their wallets, or what was on their hat, I think it's safe to say there are those that would risk their lives for their whole life's work, and their family's future.

Time will tell. Both in how far the pendulum swings, and how many will try to stop it.
