Pea gravel or 3 quarter

Pea gravel? Why would anyone ever pour on something that wont compact?

Not being a smart ass. Honest question

My opinion is, with today's market, if they are doing all the digging, drilling, setting sonotubes, ect.. including mud and steel, the $11 doesnt sound bad at all. Jmo

$8.50 per SF for slab, plus any steel, plus base, plus any grading, plus any footings.
