I'm looking for a warehouse space to rent, nothing crazy. 900-1500sqft would do fine, small office is a bonus but not an absolute must. 10' min overhead door, or a dock space is also acceptable. I've called/ emailed on multiple places and have not received one response.

Talked to a cabinet shop owner who moved his shop to Ontario. Was much cheaper at $.40 a ft as opposed to $1-125 a ft which is going rate in commercial area by me.
