Any leads on mobile homes for sale in Earp

My fellow RDP members, does anyone have any leads on mobile homes for sell in the parker or Earp ca. My budget is around 200k. Would that be enough for something water front? I will be out there this Tuesday through Saturday. Thank you all for your suggestions and leads. Stay safe out there this weekend.

WE HAVE A COUPLE IN OUR PARK, RIVER REFLECTIONS...MOST HOUSES ARE 250+ NOTHING ON THE WATER FOR THAT PRICE

Yes mine is on the market in Echo lodge, space UL2. Great location one of the best on the Parker Strip. Sitting on the deck or in the living room you can watch boats go buy all day long. You can walk in less than 30 seconds to the "owner's" beach. Place is move in ready as I write this. You can contact Lisa Codeiro, real estate agent for details, 951 375 6594. There is a current buyer, but no deal has been made, as I am not waiting for the buyer to sell their current trailer. So give it a look.

Super moon pic taken off the deck, clear view of buckskin state park. Good amount of space in front. Right next to Echo Rock...you will see people jumping off all day long. Great location. Patio behind is also a great place to sit and get away from it all. If you find that you like the place I can give you all the details as I know everything ...when looking feel free to open all cabinets...open the blinds...sit on the couch....get a feel...all you see is included in sale...

That's not William and Wendi's old place is it? I seem to remember them having a porch like that.

Can I ask what kind of boat you have first? If it’s a dock crusher/shore destroyer then there’s NO VACANCY. 😬

River Shore Estates isn’t the nicest park on the strip and this place is way overpriced IMO, but 5 bedrooms, updated & space rent is $295. Also have off-roading right across the road.

Big Bend Always has places for sale...

Some are old piles of crap people are trying to get rich on, and some are new models they are putting in on a regular basis. I've seen places on the water for sale here and there, but not often. You'll need to be ready to pull the trigger as soon as one comes on the market!

Space rent is high, but the amenities are not lacking!

I will be moving so I’ll be selling mine in Echo, A22A. 1 bedroom 34 foot, it’s a 2000. will be asking $100k

Dam sold mine river front, all redone with new deck at the best beach next to ramp for 55k 2 years ago. Should of hung on to it a little longer. You waited this long might as well wait a little while longer if you can, i think prices will get better as summer goes by. Most the stuff for sale has been for awhile, way over priced but hey why not, never know. I payed 15k 7 years ago for my old place, most on a row were 13-17k at time. Lots of fun/nice people in the park not counting c row, j/k. they have been pretty consistent with rent increases past 7 years but still hard to beat river front for $700 a month, cost of a weekend camping there. I think Laynee would be your best bet digging something new up, but i have used Lisa and Lois before and they are great also.
