In today's market I honestly do not have a clue. I have never paid more then MSRP out the door. I don't think you can find that deal today.

These days a good price on a new motorcycle would be msrp, no freight/no setup plus tax and license etc. Hard to grind these days when inventory is so low.

Pre-Covid price would be $3200 OTD. 2021 price would be MSRP+TTL if you can even find one? Like others said I would call Coyne for a new one. You might be better off looking at the used market these days?

That Kawasaki is probably a bit much for my daughter. She is coming off a Raptor 90 and has only been riding 2yrs.

$4200 is about all your going to get. The manufacturers are having a hard time getting bikes to dealers and creating a lull in inventory due to not being able to get parts/steel etc. That coupled with a huge about of people that have PPP money burning a hole in their pocket is allowing dealers to get good numbers. I tried negotiating on a KLX110L and about the best I could find out the door was $4200...MSRP is $2395. I ended up buying a 2015 that had all the after market I wanted for $2500.

I spent a couple months just trying to get an 85 motorcross bike for my son and their are literally none available within 1000 miles. I have my name on A Husqvarna and I know I will be paying at least $1500 in dealer markup just to get one. It was literally a nightmare just finding a dealer that had one I could put my name on.

I have been looking at the klx140. I’m open to it and the Honda crf 125.

the oldest kid has been doing really well in school and helping out around the house and with her little brother and sister.
so we want to get her a new bike for her birthday in September.
I know I’m going to pay top dollar and I’m ok with that as it will get passed down to the other 2 kids so we will get our moneys worth.

MSRP done mean nothingthese days with lower inventory and less for dealerships to sell. I would try nellie at coyne, at least she will get you a starting point on price.

I’m fine with MSRP plus some bullshit fees and tax.
Emailed several places and said I’m ready right now give me a price.
Not a single reply lol

I didn’t want to push it earlier today , but the Kawasaki is a better bike only 20cc bigger motor, and better suspension and disc brakes.

Trying to surprise her. The Honda has small.
Fuel capacity and not much travel. I think it’s out of consideration.

You will love it, just helped a buddy pick one up for his son from NCY motorsports in San Marcos - they are great to deal with also. Deal OTD was very similar to the above in May this year. She will love the bike!

My son had a TTR 125, then he stepped up to TTR 230 and then CRF 150 - man they grow up quick! Enjoy the time.
