Tons of hours and overpriced. I would Call Chris at Lavey. Ask him why they added the drive spacer.

It has the older 2750 bottom. Not entirely sure what changed, but I know it changed in 2005.

The hull has a lot of hours but the motor/drive don’t since a full rebuild. Looks like it was done right.

The 600+ hrs on the meter are original hours since new. Engine has been gone through (not sure exactly what was all done) and has around 250 hrs on it since then.

Spacer was added when boat was still basically brand new. That was one of the first 2750’s built with the Merc ITS and with the set back it needs to be higher than normal. Being one of the first that Lavey did they built it with the X dimension being higher than what they thought would work because it’s a lot easier to space down compared to having to re-rig and go higher. 2” spacer was added after testing to put the X where it ran the best.

Ive never driven that boat but I’ve ridden in it a few times and it is one of the best running 2750’s in that HP range. It’s set up very well and taken great care of!

Pictures are hard to tell but from what I can see, it’s not the FULL old bottom. Around the time of that boat Lavey would takeout a little bit of strake on the bottom on boats with 525hp or more.
That boat looks to have that portion of the strake removed but again the pictures aren’t a good angle to see that exactly.

Also, Lavey slightly modified the bottom in 2007/2008.
