Anyone running 1.26's in an XR SSM?

Looks like we are forced to move to 1.26 gears in the 28...ran out of avail pitch with the 1.35's. Any concerns out there over the 1.26's? Pro's/Con's? Only other option we have is to drop in a stage-1 kit for the additional RPM limits but don't really care to do that just yet. Thanks for any feedback!

Hard to advise you without any information. What boat? HP? Supercharged or normally aspirated? What RPM are you running out of pitch? How high is the propshaft above the bottom? What prop are you running now?
