I meant roasted brussels with olive oil, and fresh diced garlic, cracKed black pepper and sea salt. And if you really need/want to you can do a balsamic reduction for a very tasty sauce.

A glass of Metamucil with a scoop of protein powder tastes a lot like an Orange Julius, will make you regular as clockwork and comes out so firm that wiping is purely optional. Once you got that down you can eat pretty much anything you like.
