Any thoughts or comments on the Audew 2000a jump charger? Seems like a good unit for the size and price, about $100.

I just had this question about a month ago on FB. Every truck driver, tow truck driver, heavy equipment operator, and first responder recommended the Nocco 70.

I bought 70 for $162. The first thing I jumped was my boat. It had been sitting for 7 months with the batteries completely dead. It has to turn over for a while when it has been sitting. The 70 cranked it over easily until it started.

I used it on a V8 car last weekend. It worked great again.

I highly recommend the Nocco 70. It also comes in a 50 and a 150. I would get at least the 70.

I did notice that $80 remark. Amazon now has the 2000a Audew at $96.79. And they’re no longer available on Prime. Perhaps the cold weather has driven prices up.

you have to buy special ones for diesel trucks. I tried a regular one on my cummins and it didn't work.

FWIW - Audew.com has them listed at $79.99. Not sure if it is exactly the same as the Amazon unit, case etc. And I’ve no idea of Audew’s shipping rates and delivery times. NOCO seems like a good industrial application, while the Audew fits the passenger car/boat use.
