AZ plate

Hey fellas, can i get an AZ plate on a CA Honda 450x if i buy it and register it at my address in parker?

All our toys and trailer are reg in AZ, but we live in CA, and it so far is not a problem, I have read on here guys have had problems with trailer with AZ plates getting pulled over, but may of been a bad day for the police officer !
