It is a down right blast. Done a few on bike. No chase truck...all spares in backpack. So much fun!

First Day we started in Tecate and Drove across the RZR and made our way down to Erendira to stay at coyote Cals. Covering around 150 miles .

We are on a guided tour through BajaBound Moto, so out of respect for their business I won’t post exact trails we took to get to the destinations. Some who are familiar with the area will recognize the areas from photos but if you are looking to do this run I wouldn’t hesitate to contact BajaBound Moto and sign up for a tour. They have been first class to deal with.
I’ll put a few more pictures than I’m going to enjoy waking up overlooking the water before we take off to the next leg to San Felipe :D

This place was built but never occupied, was told it was supposed to be a drug rehabilitation center. It was in the middle of no where.

The Erindura area has some nice beaches. We used to camp at Playa Malibu, south of town. The truck drivers on the main road are scary fast though...

Yesterday ride from erindera to San Felipe was nice, not as much nice views as the first leg but was still fun. Going across the lake bed was bad ass!

Great pics!! Need details....

Thank you, I can’t really give up to much details since these companies set them self’s apart from others by having their own trails so didn’t want to give up to much information. Since Tim Morton has been doing this for years and knows Baja like the back of his hand I’m glad Danger Dave lead me to him. We have been on some trails that you can tell are not traveled by the masses.
Each Day so far since Friday we have been covering between 150-175 . All traveling so far has been in day light .we arrive to the Hostel/Hotels and park the cars. As they are getting locked up we are shown our rooms then we gather at the bar for some drinks before Dinner is served. Bar again after Dinner for Margaritas :D. I will admit that my usual riding involves a small cooler for an occasional beer stop. One thing about Tim Morton’s group is Drinks don’t start flying until after cars are parked. It has made the first cocktail after a long ride that much better. The first stop in Erindera (Coyote Cals)had some margaritas called chupacabera , if you are there this is a must have to try.
On our ride yesterday we were at a restaurant having lunch and and that grey pre runner truck pulled up and one of the guys crawling out was Ricky Johnson. He was real cool and Tim and Him knew each other well. One thing I am finding out is Tim and his right hand man Jeff have been involved in Baja Racing for years and Are intertwined with some of the big names. I will admit this trip has opened my eyes to a whole other world.

This journey started on Friday parking our trucks in a secured lot on the US side in Tecate. We drove across the border in our RZR’s and drove through town before getting on the trails.
Today we are on our last leg back home. I am not sure of our route back to Tecate but we will cross back over driving in our RZR’s which will be cool. Looking forward to that experience.

Good work man. One of my favorite places to ride and doing that with your pops is priceless. Go see Javier at the Old Mill in San Quint
in for the best lobster and home made Margaritas around!
Thank you, wish we could do that but we are on our last day heading back home. San Quintin is a awesome town. Have to visit it soon.

Today’s trip was a little tougher to leave for a ride knowing it was our last one . Since we were just east of Ensenada at this point we only covered 80ish miles overall on the last leg bringing our 4 day overall near 600 miles.

this water crossing was clean water so we had a little fun since it was our last day and a short ride ahead of us. Nobody got a picture of us doing it but I can tell you I flooded the floor boards and had to pull the plugs to drain them .

We continued on making our way back , here some more pictures I took along the way.

This adventure started out with a group of people that did not know each other at all. We just all shared a common passion to go off roading.
One couple from Northern California, 2 guys from Atlanta, brother in law fromWest Virginia,Dad from Havasu and the rest from Sothern California.by the last day we all have become a bonded group. We all got along great !
Here is a picture of our group , the cowboy hat and Mexican girl on the left were part of the Horsepower Ranch crew . They treated everyone like family.

That was a perfect size group, just 5 cars. Not too much dust and waiting around for others to pee, buckle up, take pics, fix broke shit, get their car back on 4 wheels (well, we did have to do that 1 time), or change flats (2 of those, and we got to use our killer new AGM electric jack! They’re not all pink, just this one, it’s my wifes).
Oh, you guys did have to wait for me feeding the local dogs. Sorry, it’s just one of those things I enjoy doing in Baja.

Danger Dave, it’s been too long man! You shoulda joined us!

5 cars.....I’m definitely interested! Please let me know when you guys go again. A group just went on a trip last weekend.....I was supposed to go. Probably about 25 or 30 cars that’s just too much for me.
