Ballot harvesting should not be allowed. One person, one vote.

If someone is too lazy to go in person or request absentee then they don’t vote, it’s their choice. That’s not an infringement of their rights. ( you don’t even need a stamp) Get off their ass and vote like the rest of us.

I noticed many states now allow ballot harvesting. Either by specifically allowing it by law or were silent on it. Many states put limits on how many ballots and who can collect the ballot.

CA started in 2018 and that immediately changed the balance of power in 5 congressional seats. Also it’s interesting that courts have limited ballot harvesting restrictions in AZ and Michigan.

When someone collects multiple ballots and votes them that violates the one person, one vote rule.

In jurisdictions that wants to allow it they should place limits (One per collector) and the voter must designate specifically the collector.

Also we need voter ID. Who doesn’t have an ID now? Especially with real ID requirements now.

This one is easy. Those without acceptable ID can still cast a provisional ballot. And sort it out later. That’s not an infringement.

Almost all countries around the world require some form of ID to vote.

I feel they don’t want voter ID because it would be easy to cross reference against other jurisdictions and detect fraudulent voting.

Need a license to drive and fish. Need ID to board a plane and check into a hotel but not to vote. Just bizarre.

Exactly. As well, state issued ID required and bounced against a list. Further, govt employee unions should have their standing removed if they engage in ANY political activity.

Ya think 600,000 usps union employees who endorsed Biden are an unbiased lot, with millions of ballots funneled through them is a good idea?

You all are entirely too logical. They want ease of cheating. Think about it, everything else they figure out how to charge for. This is free...so they can tip the scales easily.

Keep in mind ballot harvesting is a relatively new
Scheme. Alot of states have rules against it

it’s mostly brought to you by those scumbags in California. They figured another unethical to cheat.

Now others want to try it

Don’t let it happen to your state
