Pork for turn in, chopped , pulled, and money muscle....sat in holding tank to long.........

open to public sampling, man what an inrush!!!!! Went through 8 pork butts an 19 racks of ribs in an hour! as many as 40 in line for sampling.

Doing it again this Saturday 3/7/20 opens to the public at 10am at the River Lodge . There is people’s choice for sampling.

The wind was horrible, I fought it from 8:00 am on......

pork turn in, onlt used the tenderloin (aka $$$ muscle) the entire wasn’t to correct tenderness for judges so I didn’t put any in the box. Ranked 7th,

ended the day ranked 8th overall. I still had ribs and pork butts on the cooker that was still not done after the awards.
