Set up before the rush........ spare ribs for turn in.... needed a little more time just didn’t have it. Pork for turn in, chopped , pulled, and money muscle....sat in holding tank to long......... open to public sampling, man what an inrush!!!!! Went through 8 pork butts an 19 racks of ribs in an hour! as many as 40 in line for sampling. Got to meet a couple RDP members. Good conversations

Mar 8, 2020 #4 Cole Brewed Well-Known Member Joined Jul 17, 2018 Messages 703 Reaction score 1,277 The wind was horrible, I fought it from 8:00 am on...... spare ribs for turn in, ranked 10th pork turn in, onlt used the tenderloin (aka $$$ muscle) the entire wasn’t to correct tenderness for judges so I didn’t put any in the box. Ranked 7th, ended the day ranked 8th overall. I still had ribs and pork butts on the cooker that was still not done after the awards.
