I'm fairly new to the streaming game, so excuse me if I am a little dumb on the subject. I switched over from Uverse to Att Direct Stream two months ago. Wish I hadn't, but too late now. Anyway, I'm not all that satisfied with AT&T, so I'm looking for an alternative base. I don't give a flying crap about HBO, Showtime and the other movie channels. Heck, it I want to watch a 20-30 year old movie, I'll rent or buy it. I am more concerned with getting the local channels, Fox News and Newsmax if possible. AT&T just dumped Newsmax, and they are already raising the price, so I'm ready to hit the road. What are the better alternatives to be able to get the local stuff? I see Youtube and Hulu rated a little higher than others, but I don't know much about either.
