Hey buddy. Hope you’re doing well John.

I have a 19’ Chevy for my daily driver. It’s been the biggest POS I’ve ever had. It’s my company vehicle but one more week+ stay for repairs at the dealer and I’m ordering something else. It’s almost comical at this point.

Sad to hear, I only have 1500's, but my 04 went 14 years with never needing the dealer and only wear items, and my 2018 is doing just as well. We your issues Diesel and drive train related or POS all around? Just curious, and bummer to hear.

I have an 04 GMC 6.0. It is bone stock with 183K on it (I call it the Grandpa truck). All my trucks have been crew cab, long bed diesels. With this one, I thought I would try a short bed extra cab, since the kids were older.

I like the truck, and want to do some simple updates / upgrades (new lights, mirrors, etc...), but I don't like the extra cab at all (wish I had bought a crew cab). So it is untouched. It drives smooth, has plenty of power for what I need it for right now, and no payment...but I hate the extra cab (mostly the pain in the ass to open the back doors in a tight parking space. LOL), so I don't see myself keeping it much longer. I don't really want to buy another truck unless I get a dually for a cab over camper. (Not My Hydro)
