Doooooo it! Would just have to make the one piece a smidge larger or make sure that the screw holes were in a different location. But they are #4 phillips i believe maybe #6

The holes don't necessarily need to be moooooved.

What do the screws thread into? Wood? Fiberglass? Yes?

In that case, yea cant go smaller with the hardware without changing the BP.

Into the fiberglass. But if done the way I’m thinking it could easily be set wider and then I’d actually be able to cut the opening larger (more lighting) as well I’m thinking to later be able to later be able to vent similar to how DCB does, but If all works as I’m thinking i can vent into my amp racks lol

You come up with design you like, sizes, dimensions, and otherwise. Ill be happy to quote you a number. Otherwise the homework required to come up with a design of what you want is three times the work of actually making the part, if that makes sense. Ill happily do it all, but it all adds up.
