As my kids have an issue so I was contemplating taking a piece of wood then using bunk carpet to put over the front V of the trailer but think it?d look pretty blah then saw on Marine West Industries website how they make a trailer step but for the sides by the fenders it got me pondering to see if anyone could quote to build something to cover the front of the trailer by the steps. WOT Marine made the following for me. Cut the plate, had it powder-coated then had SeaDek cover it. Turned out perfect.
Ended doing the same around the fenders as well.

Also installed SeaDek in the ladder

YES!!!! That?s exactly what I?m looking for. So is that just a standard piece of 1/8? aluminum then the seadeck?

Not sure what material they used. Custom cutting the plate and power-coating was almost 500 and all the SeaDek was 300.

I would call Adrenaline in Havasu and quote out what you want. I think trailer shops might be cheaper, since they do this type of stuff daily.

That is a great idea!! I have been looking for an alternative to non skid tape on the new ladder and this may just be the ticket. I also like the idea for the fender steps. I looked into those billet step plates from MIW for my trailer refurb. They are very nice, but..........

Did WOT order the Seadek to fit the front plate and steps or did they cut to fit?

I have access to a brake and know how to use a tape measure so I just may cut the piece myself then get with seadeck to do like you did I love the idea and it?ll not only work great for the kids and wife but look great as well. Again thank you for the pic made me think outside what I was already thinking and most likely wayyyyyyy cheaper end goal.

WOT coordinated with SeaDek. SeaDek drove up from SD to Carlsbad, measured out the templates and cut everything at the SD shop and delivered the cut outs to WOT. WOT did the install.
