Bill's Custom Engines in Havasu?

Hey all,
While in Havasu last week, I stopped I and spoke to Bill, the owner of Bills Custom Engines in Havasu. He was very helpful (helping me get some Brodix BBC heads CNC machined). I was thinking about having him do the rest of my needed machine work and engine assembly.

Have any of you here used his services? Does he do quality work? Any issues? Like I said, I got a good feeling from him. Seemed to be an honest guy. Thoughts?

Bill is very well known in the stock car racing scene, he builds most of the engines for the guys who race at Havasu and Mohave Valley

I don't believe that he does his own machine work, since I see him at Gary Kincaid's shop when I am up there.

I know that he is set up to surface heads and do some machining, just from what he told me and what I saw while I was standing in his shop. But, I was wondering if there was more to the shop, as he didn't have near the equipment that the machine shop has that I typically use here in Flagstaff.
