Nice! What kind of pads are you running?

Question - what the heck is that hanging off the side of the car? Some crazy Kraut torture device?

Ceramic pads.

That's an old lift, from the steal bumper days.

I ran Porterfields on my rally car. I think they were the street compound as there was a lot of waiting for a stage to start and no chance to get any heat in the pads before the start. Amazing what a good set of pads will withstand. Only once did I get to run a tarmac stage - when I was done there was smoke coming the rotors/pads. No fade at all....... until after I stopped after the stage. The fluid boiled from all the heat with no moving air to dissapate it. Interesting transit for a few minutes.......

Do you run any track days? I haven't done it for years but they were always a ton of fun.

The setup is fully adjustable: right height and dampening. I think that I've got it where I like it. I put it at about a 1" drop from stock M3 height. There is room for roughly another inch. It doesn't look slammed and is still practical.
