Newscum says he’s going to increase the police “presence”. What good is that going to do if the police aren’t allowed to arrest them and if they are, they’ll be out within the hour? How about they get arrested imprisoned and made to do hard labor work during the day? Kinda like Cool Hand Luke. That would create a deterrent as to not be a criminal.
